No training sessions are currently scheduled. Please check the "Videos" page for training videos. The "Videos" page is located on the homepage of LeagueOne after you login with your username and password.
Once you have received your user ID and password from LeagueOne, you can login to the Production environment. We recommend that you attend an online training session before you do any work in LeagueOne. This will help you avoid any major problems. The online training sessions will be helpful in answering any of your questions.
Please send any questions, comments, concerns and suggestions through the Pop Warner chain of command. If you are an Association, direct your questions to the League/Conference above you. If you are a League/Conference, please direct your questions to your Region. If you are a Region, please direct your questions to the National office.
Please send your exact association name AND appropriate League and Region up through the Pop Warner chain of command. The changes will be made as soon as possible.
To attend a training session, please check above for upcoming trainings. All training sessions are conducted online. Sessions will be hands-on and interactive. Trainees will watch an instructor show a feature and then trainees will have time to complete the task on their own computer. Attendees will be able to call a conference line to listen along with the instructor. Attendees must already have their LeagueOne login information to attend a training session.
A Pop Warner Administrator must set you up in LeagueOne with a user ID and a job. Once this happens, a user ID and a randomly generated password will be emailed to you directly from LeagueOne.
When attempting to login to PRODUCTION you can enter your user ID and click the link that says “forgot password.” LeagueOne will generate you another password and email it to the email address that you have in the system.
Upon logging into LeagueOne, navigate to Staff - My Staff Record. Here you can change your email address. Don’t forget to click “Update.”
The Production database is copied over the Training database periodically. If information is entered in Production, it will not appear in Training until this copy is made. This includes User IDs, passwords, players, staff, teams and more.
The information in the training environment is a copy of the information in Production environment from a specific day. If a User ID is set up in Production, it will not immediately be in Training. That particular User ID and password will show up in Training when the database is copied weekly. If a password is changed in Production, that change will not appear in Training until this copy is made. Thus, a user may have to temporarily use an old password within the Training environment.
