What are the ClubReg fees?
There is a one-time Setup Fee along with a discounted per player Registration Fee of $3.50 plus 3.95% processing fee paid by the registrant.
How will the one-time Setup Fee be billed?
An invoice for the setup fee will be sent to the organization and address listed on the ClubReg Service Agreement requesting payment payable to the Active Network.
When will our organization be able to start taking online registrations?
The standard turnaround time is approximately 10 business days once you have submitted a signed ClubReg Service Agreement and completed ClubReg Setup Form. However, if you are on a short deadline, your Account Manager will be able to provide you a confirmed date.
Can the $3.50 per player processing fee be passed along to registrants?
Yes. ClubReg may be setup where the $3.50 player processing fee is incorporated into your standard registration and paid by the registrant.
How Does ClubReg work with LeagueOne?
ClubReg is completely integrated with LeagueOne. Once ClubReg is setup for your organization, all your registration data goes directly into the LeagueOne system. The seamless integration between ClubReg and LeagueOne allows your organization to submit all necessary data to Pop Warner without having to manually enter each player’s registration details and information.
What type of ClubReg support is available to our organization’s staff?
Along with a dedicated Account Manager, your organization will get full support from our LeagueOne/ClubReg Professional Services team. All inquiries received by the team are responded to within a 24 hour period during normal business hours.
Where will I find the ClubReg Setup Form?
Your ClubReg Account Manager will contact you upon submission of your completed ClubReg Service Agreement to discuss setting up your association.
